PhotoShark is currently free. If you only use the free Service, this Refund Policy does not apply to any charge because no payment is taken.
2) Future paid offerings
If we introduce paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases in the future, the following will apply unless we state otherwise at the time of purchase:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval
- Digital services may be non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable consumer law
